A coffee brand that highlights the coffee’s social and environmental impact.

A dynamic and fun brand system for one of the biggest toy distributors in Canada.

The Ask

With an outdated look, RP Toys came to TBWA in search of a more modern visual identity which should reflect the playfulness and fun nature of their business. 

Goal

Create a brand that will break through and give consumers a reason to choose this coffee over the many other premium coffee options through a beautiful, premium brand that Cuban farmers will get behind and believe will be commercially successful in North America.

Solution

The brand system created for RP is no different than a toy: it's fun and you can play with it. Inspired by building blocks, the shapes used in the logo, can be broken down and combined to create endless supportive brand elements such as pictograms and patterns. The vibrant colour palette brings energy and a solid grid system helps to create a modern and fresh brand identity.
